How to enable Push Notifications

Last updated: 16 days ago

If you’re seeing a message that notifications are disabled, you may have accidentally blocked them or your system settings are preventing GPN from sending updates. Follow the steps below for your device to fix this.

If you are using a desktop browser, permissions can be reset directly from the address bar.

  1. Click the Lock icon (or the settings sliders) in the address bar left of nas.gfx-pro.net.
  2. Locate Notifications in the dropdown.
  3. Change the status from "Block" to Allow.
  4. Refresh the page for changes to take effect.

Since you are using the GPN Web App, notification settings are managed through the iOS Settings app, not the browser.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll down to the Notifications section.
  3. Find GPN in the list of apps.
  4. Ensure the toggle for Allow Notifications is turned ON.

Note: If GPN is not in the list, ensure you have added the website to your Home Screen and opened it at least once.

  1. While in Safari, click Safari in the top menu and select Settings...
  2. Click the Websites tab and select Notifications.
  3. Find nas.gfx-pro.net and set permission to Allow.
  1. Open Chrome on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the three dots → SettingsPermissions or Notifications.
  3. Ensure notifications are set to Allowed.

Still not receiving notifications?

If your settings are correct but you still don't receive messages:
  1. Check if Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb is active on your device.
  2. Try removing the app from your Home Screen and adding it again.
